Filters FG, FS, FO, etc.

Gas mesh filters (FG) are designed to purify hydrocarbon gases according to GOST5542-87 and air from mechanical impurities (scale, dust, etc.) that erode the sealing surfaces of pressure regulator valves, safety valves, shut-off valves, gas flow meters, shut-off and other fittings, as well as clogging and disabling impulse systems.

The filter separator consists of a housing, a lid, a swirler, a filter element. The filter separator housing is a cylindrical welded structure with an elliptical bottom and an upper flange for fixing the lid. For gas supply to the filter and exit from it, there are pipes with connecting flanges. There is a fitting in the bottom of the housing to remove moisture and dirt. The filter element is made in the form of a cylinder made of a filter mesh and a frame- a pipe with separation. The filter mesh is attached to the frame with clamps.

The filter dryer consists of a housing, a lid, a coarse filter, a fine filter element. The filter dryer housing is a welded structure. There are nipples for gas supply to and out of the filter. In the lower part of the housing there is a threaded fitting for removing dirt and condensate. The coarse filter is a cylinder with a mesh fixed in it and filled with selikogel according to GOST 3956-76. The fine-cleaning filter element is a cylinder with a mesh fixed in it. FO dehumidifier filters are designed for cleaning non-aggressive gases, natural gas, gas-air mixtures and air from aerosol and droplet moisture, oil.
