Automatic gas distribution stations (AGRS) are manufactured in separate functional blocks of the same or different types, in a single prefabricated building by connecting one or more functional blocks into a single construction system (structure), in a prefabricated building of block-modular type or in capital buildings in accordance with the project agreed with the customer.

The AGRS station provides the following main functions:

• purification of gas from droplet moisture and mechanical impurities with automatic discharge of sludge;
• gas preheating before reduction;
• reducing high gas pressure to a given low pressure and maintaining it with a certain accuracy when the inlet pressure or gas flow changes;
• measurement of gas flow with multi-day registration over the entire range of output pressure;
• automatic control of the operating modes of the technological equipment of the station;
• remote issuance of alarms in case of violations of operating modes;
• removal of condensate from the condensate collection tank, transfer of odorant to the odorization unit from the underground tank, nitrogen purging of the station nodes;
• odorization of gas;
• autonomous power supply (including backup power supply from the battery);
• water heating of all boxes of the station;
• backup heating of the station blocks with explosion-proof electric heaters;
• the supply of gas for their own needs.
